INTEGRITY: I only accept an assignment if I can fulfill it according to my client’s needs ensuring the highest quality. If I consider your needs may not be satisfied, I will either propose a more suitable solution or redirect you towards a colleague from my extended network that may help you best.
ADAPTABILITY: Each assignment has to meet a particular need: your need. Before accepting your assignment, I willl make sure I understand your needs and will make the necessary to meet them in the way that fits you best.
AVAILABILITY: I am here for you! I will answer your mails and phone calls within two hours during business hours (between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.) and within twenty-four hours when out of office.

I have been passionate about languages since I was a kid, and I have always had a deep interest for multilingual communication that I turned into my career: I have worked as a language teacher, a translator and an interpreter.
